This air freight quote is valid from the time it was issued till the date it is no longer valid.

Until the customer expressly accepts this quotation, it is not binding.

This quotation may be revoked after the customer's acceptance if there was a system error or if there were changes in mode of transportation, currency exchange rates, third-party freight rates, insurance premiums, or any other third-party charges applicable to the goods, or any change in the parameters on which the quotation was based.

Only general air freight quote is included in this quote. Hazardous products, perishable cargo, oversized cargo, overweight containers, and non-stackable cargo are all examples of cargo that may incur additional expenses.

Pickup and/or delivery of cargo is dependent on regular service during regular business hours. Additional costs may apply for specific requests such as after-hours delivery, tailgate delivery, appointment delivery, hand load/unload, inside delivery, residential delivery, rush delivery, multiple stops, diversion miles, and deliveries requiring special equipment.

Only Known Shippers are quoted for air freight quote shipments where TSA Known Shipper rules and requirements apply. Unknown Shippers may be subject to additional fees.

Unless otherwise noted, the quotation does not include the charges listed below, which will be charged to the customer if necessary.

• all taxes, customs charges, excise taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed on the cargo being exported or imported

• processing charges for letters of credit

• expenses associated with any needed legalization, notarization, or other verified attestation

Any demurrage, inspection, storage, detention, and/or third-party pass-through charges or costs resulting from a force majeure occurrence are solely the responsibility of the client.

As per carrier agreements, the quotation is subject to General Carrier Adjustment (GCA), which is based on market circumstances, fuel surcharges, weight surcharges, fumigation costs, and other surcharges.

Only general air freight quote has a transit time. Carriers reserve the right to transship items, and transit times are subject to carrier delays, schedule modifications, or upliftment.

The quotation is contingent on the availability of empty equipment, space, cargo acceptance, and confirmation at the time of booking.

The ultimate shipment price is established by the carrier and is based on the actual or cubic dimensional weight, whichever is larger. Rate adjustments will be made whenever the weight varies, whether volumetric or real.

All cargo that is mis declared at the time of quotation will result in void air freight quote, and any costs/fines incurred as a result of the cargo's unsuitability will be borne by the shipper.

Interest may be charged at the discretion of containers on any amounts that have become past due and for which payment has not been received. 

Containers maintain the right to collect all charges incurred in retrieving any payments owing outside of the agreed-upon conditions.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) epidemics and spread over the world are causing regular and often significant modifications in the supply chain. Changes in rescheduling and access to services, changes in prices and operations, and changes in carrier and space availability are just a few examples.

As a result, the conditions of this quotation may change from the terms established in a contract with you in terms of freight space, service availability, prices, and timetables. 

By accepting this quotation, you agree that the conditions included herein will alter the terms of your contract with you with respect to this specific service air freight quote, 

and you waive any contractual formalities associated with such amendment. All other terms and conditions of the deal will remain unchanged, save as stated.
